Our recent upgrade to Drip has been exciting for a lot of reasons but when I hear about immediate results I know we are creating value in the right place.
Trevor Kaftan of NHance of the Mid Hudson Valley is a savvy business owner who has reported being booked solid right through the end of the year. In fact, we had to modify this Facebook campaign that was used to book his most recent $11,000 project by removing the “Want it Ready by the Holidays?” Tagline…

That $11,000 project included the sale of a $6,000 NHance Custom Color Change, exactly what the add was targeting, but Trevor also added a $5,000 Countertop upgrade to the ticket. That’s what I call Profit Centering!
This image captures what targeted prospects are shown in their Facebook Timeline on their mobile device. It’s a 7 second slideshow video that has become a mainstay in a lot of our ad platforms because we understand that we have less than a nano second to get peoples attention.
Facebook Lead Ads & Drip Combine For Profitable Campaigns
The Ad is intended to spark the interest in anyone ‘Thinking About A Kitchen Renovation” and is driven by the Call to Action button in the bottom right…
The ‘Get Quote’ CTA is the gateway into the Facebook Lead Ad, where our new Drip system gets started with some of the magic.
The Click Through Rate for these ads has been strong across the board, one of the main reasons is because of the great flow it has on mobile…
The Facebook Lead Ad Context Card is displayed without the browser leaving the confines of Facebook after they click ‘Get Quote’.
The Context card gives us the ability to give more details about our service with a headline and bullets to hammer home the main selling features.
Creating a natural two step ‘Buy In’ process for prospects to decide for themselves if they qualify as Leads or not… A text and button anchored Call To Action provoke anyone interested to take the next step before we ask them for information.
Drip Integration Offers Huge Advantage When Marketing on Facebook
This two stage opt in has proven effective for quite some time. Most browsers these days turn away when they are asked to provide personal information without making the decision to proceed themselves.
The last step in acquiring the Lead with Facebook Lead Ads comes behind our ‘Get A FREE Estimate’ button where we finally ask the prospect to supply their personal information to receive a call back.
This is another very cool feature of the Facebook Lead Ad.
In the past, to collect a lead from Facebook we would have to send the browser outside of Facebook to a landing page with an opt in form where they would complete their details and Submit.
With Lead Ads the form fields automatically populate with the information the browser has supplied Facebook for the creation of their account.
While Facebook Lead Ads have already been around for a couple years, extracting the data had not been easy, with Drip came a new level of integration where we can now pull that information directly into your Drip Dashboard… and it’s leading to better qualified leads.
Here is what Trevor’s project manager, Jaclyn, had to say about it;
Under Drip reaching leads is much easier and by that I mean I have seen a shift in how leads are responding to us. It used to be I would call someone, leave 2-3 vm’s over a period of time and just never hear back. Now, leads are eager to call us back and hear all about our refinishing options. Or they call and the first thing is I found you on FB and I was looking to do X,Y, Z… As Trevor mentioned, we did have a great booking yesterday for a FB lead and I suspect there will be plenty more to come! 🙂
Early results are showing a more engaged prospect who has supplied more accurate information, courtesy of Facebook. Email open and response rate is up over our previous Aweber based follow up and, as Jaclyn eludes to, we expect to hear more from others on new business as a result of our Drip Integration with Facebook Lead Ads.
