I believe it is the single hardest thing to do as an N-Hance Franchise owner.

Or, in other words, scaling your business into more than just another job for yourself and actually turning it into a business where you can begin to experience the magic of leverage that true business ownership promises.
How do I know this is a tough thing to? I have been there.
I owned an N-Hance franchise and I understand it isn’t a simple business.
Business owners often limit their own growth trying to wear all the hats…
It’s a franchise so, of course, it comes with a proven concept and all the tools you need, but it is a lot more complicated than teaching a bunch of teen agers how to run the fry machine and flip burgers…
From the point you leave training at the corporate offices, the weight of everything falls squarely on the shoulders of the owner… and, for most, it’s a lot to deal with.
From developing the confidence and procedures to actually being able to complete a project to training staff and then the more ‘business like’ tasks of dealing with cashflow and marketing.
It’s a challenge for both new and veteran franchise owners alike.
However, this roadblock isn’t unique to N-Hance franchises. All small businesses owners at some point have to make the decision how or if they are going to grow their business beyond what they can accomplish on their own.
With N-Hance one of the obstacles to growth is figuring out how to find more customers and have enough New Business to justify the extra expense of added personnel.
For a strategy on that, I want to share a little about an N-Hance owner who has been an Alien Run client almost since our inception in the spring of 2015.

Now Roger isn’t the only franchisee we work with and he isn’t the only one growing his business with our strategies but he is a great example of following a strategy and exploiting it in every way possible to achieve growth.
Roger and I had a phone conversation earlier this year, he told me he was getting close to retirement and his franchise was still at the level where he was working more in his business than on his business and he wanted to build it into something that could run without his daily involvement.

Google Business Listing / Google Map Reach: You can see that the number of people who find your Google Listing searching for your business directly by name is a tiny number compared with the number of people who will find you listing once optimized… It should be noted, this is FREE traffic. When your Google Business Listing is properly optimized, Google will make every effort to display your Business Listing or Map where applicable in the Local region that people are searching. It pays Big Time to be Optimized and posting to this listing with posts & photos on a weekly basis.
Daily Facebook Reach: As the 4th Quarter heats up so does the number of businesses competing for Ad Space and our Reach has tapered slightly as a result. This will rebound in Q1 but what won’t rebound is the number of people who see content Organically on your Facebook pages…
